8xk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8xk online casino and sports betting platform, including all related services, features, content, and tools made available through the website at 8xk.pro ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 8xk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online gaming service.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow another person to access your account. Until such notification is received, all activity on your account — including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

You must not use another person's account under any circumstances. Account sharing, account transfer, and the sale or purchase of 8xk accounts are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been accessed by multiple individuals or transferred to another person will be closed, and any balance held within that account may be forfeited.

The Company employs SSL encryption across the Platform to protect data in transit. However, you acknowledge that no internet-based system can be guaranteed as entirely secure, and you accept this residual risk as a condition of using the Platform.

From time to time, 8xk may offer bonuses, free wagers, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to new and existing players. Each Promotion will be subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements), maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings, and expiry periods. Unless the specific terms of a Promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply: (a) bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and device; (b) wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) the Company reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if it determines the bonus was claimed in breach of the applicable terms; (d) bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8xk Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed through the Platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person or using the Platform as a mechanism for the transfer of funds between third parties.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct in connection with your account or any game played on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the software underlying the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including laws relating to online gambling, financial crime, or data protection.

The Company's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where funds are forfeited as a result of a prohibited conduct finding, no refund or compensation will be provided.

All content on the 8xk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 8xk or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

Game content on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO, among others. All rights in such game content remain with the respective licensors.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company accepts no liability for any dispute regarding individual game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results should be raised with the relevant game provider in the first instance.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
